Haiku Poems

Today we learnt about Haiku poems. Haiku is a traditional form of Japanese poetry.
They have 3 lines. The first line has 5 syllables. The second line has 7 syllables and the third line has 5 syllables.

We read some examples...


What Am I?

Chocolate Haiku

Rushing through the air
Fly plane as fast as thunder
Waiting to come down.
